Sirmione is a peninsula situated in the southern part of the Garda Lake, in the province of Brescia, near cities of historical relevance like Verona (35 km) and Mantua (50km). Sirmione was described by the ancient roman poet Catullo as “the pearl of the peninsulas”, and it is still widely renowned by this name today. Sirmione is a narrow stretch of land 4km long, still regarded today as one of the most important tourist sites in Italy, with hotel structures and services equal to international standards.
